Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because our salsa is a food product, we can't accept physical returns — for health and safety reasons, food can't be restocked once it leaves our facility. Instead, we back every order with a simple promise:
IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect — or doesn't arrive at all — email us at sales@elguero2.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to ship anything back to us.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Wrong address or need to cancel? Email sales@elguero2.com as soon as possible — we can usually help if your order hasn't shipped. Once shipped, orders can't be cancelled.
