SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

At El Guero 2 Salsa, we're committed to getting your salsa to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed at elguero2salsa.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing may take an extra day or two.

You'll receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping: $6.99 for orders under $15, or $8.99 for orders $15–$34.99, with estimated delivery in 3-7 business days after processing.

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $35 or more.

We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can occasionally affect delivery times.

PACKAGING

Your salsa ships in lightweight, shatter-free bottles protected with padded packaging.

Our salsa is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration during shipping. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy according to the label instructions.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email sales@elguero2.com right away — we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

While carrier delays are outside our control, every order is backed by our guarantee: if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect — or doesn't arrive at all — email sales@elguero2.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the issue. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — email sales@elguero2.com and we'll notify you when we deliver to your country. When international shipping launches, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

TAXES

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
